I am Shannon Weinstein. I am a life coach and a board certified emergency physician. 

I am a wife, a mother, and a friend living in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. 

I work with professional women to help them put more fulfilling lives into action. 

When I am not coaching amazing women at the top of their fields or helping sick people in the emergency department, I like to connect with people and nature through travel.
